1. Responsible Party
The responsible party is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data
a) Waitlist
When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect and store your email address. The data is stored in a Supabase database. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.
b) Integration Pitches
When you submit an integration suggestion, we process the following data:
- Name of the desired service
- Description of the use case
- Email address (optional, if you wish to be contacted)
This data is also stored in Supabase. The legal basis for the processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in product improvement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data such as page views and Web Vitals. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual users. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When you visit our website, Vercel automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, requesting URL). This data is collected to ensure smooth operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
As Vercel may transfer data to the USA, the data transfer is based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- --Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You may request the correction of inaccurate data.
